Top 3 Must Have Backyard Pools on the Market

Summer is in full swing and so are homes sales.  Many are looking for their own private escape from the summer heat so I’ve searched the current Haymarket, Gainesville, and Manassas market and picked my top 3 favorite backyard pools in homes under $1 Million. Let me help get you into that private escape. These homes are Manassas/Gainesville/Haymarket area.

#3 For the Love of Land

Coming in at my #3 spot is 10880 Meanderview Ct. in Manassas. It is listed for $799,000. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has 6,403 sq. ft. and sits on 1.87 acres.

If I were judging on entire outdoor entertaining spaces alone this home would be at #1, however, I am judging solely on pools for this blog post.  This good-sized pool boasts an attached jacuzzi as well as a grand sun deck around the inviting pool perimeter that would be perfect for large parties or family get togethers.  The extraordinary extras that make the outdoor entertaining space shine are the gorgeous outdoor shower, the cozy and romantic gas fireplace, and the expansive outdoor kitchen with bar area.

Taking the #1 spot goes to 14000 Carlsmore Court, in Haymarket, VA. It is listed at $925,000 and is located in the gated community of Piedmont. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has just over 6,000 sq. ft. and sits on 1.01 acres.
